Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to a concert?

We encourage our patrons to wear what makes them feel comfortable. You are welcome to dress to impress or wear jeans and a t-shirt.

Due to most concerts taking place in the evening and climate control within the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center, we recommend bringing layers to keep warm and avoiding footwear like flip-flops.

What time should I arrive to a concert?

If interested in attending our 6:30 PM Pre-Concert Conversations, hosted by ABC10 evening news anchor Lora Painter, we recommend arriving at 6:15 PM, when doors open. Pre-Concert Conversation seating is open and first-come first-served.

If arriving after the 6:30 PM Pre-Concert Conversation, we recommend arriving at 7:00 PM for evening concerts, giving you ample time to find your seats, locate restrooms, and purchase refreshments before the 7:30 PM start time.

PLEASE NOTE: Operas do not include the 6:30 PM Pre-Concert Conversation.

Doors will open at 6:30 for Operas.

Is there an age limit?

All concerts are open to ALL ages.

Do I need a ticket?

Valid tickets must be purchased through the SP&O Box Office, the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center Box Office, or Ticketmaster. Be cautious of fraudulent tickets from invalid third-party providers. Make sure to check the URL/Website you are purchasing from.

Re-printing of physical tickets is available in circumstances of lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

If purchased through Ticketmaster, a digital ticket is provided in your digital Ticketmaster account, available to access on web or on the mobile app. This ticket will not be sent to your email- you must log in to your Ticketmaster account, or call the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center Box Office for more assistance.
