During the 2014/2015 season Adam made his debut with Michigan Opera Theatre as Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly. He also returned to Pacific Opera Victoria to sing Froh in Wagner's Das Rheingold and Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly. He returned to Edmonton Opera to sing Tamino in Die Zauberflöte and Saskatoon Opera for another Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly.
To finish off this exciting season Adam made his debut in Verdi's Messa da Requiem with the Ottawa Choral Society. He will also sing a recital in Quebec with the FestiVoix de Trois-Rivières and appear in an all operetta concert as part of the Brott Summer Festival.
For the upcoming 2015/2016 season Adam will make two exciting Canadian company debuts. In the new year he will appear as Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly with Vancouver Opera and then appear onstage with Calgary Opera as Tamino in The Magic Flute. He will return to Pacific Opera Victoria this fall to sing Cassio in Otello. Also this fall Adam will sing appear with the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra in Pennsylvania for their annual Opera Gala. Later this season Adam will perform with the highly acclaimed Salute to Vienna New Year's concert series in Chicago, San Diego and Los Angeles. He will also appear in concert with the Kitchener Waterloo Symphony Orchestra as Alfred in Die Fledermaus and with Symphony Nova Scotia for Mozart's Requiem. Adam will return to Chorus Niagara where he will sing Bruckner's glorious masterpiece Te Deum and Finzi's For St. Cecilia. In the spring Adam will return to FestiVoix de Trois-Rivières to sing Alfredo in a concert version of Verdi's La Traviata.
A recent graduate of the COC Ensemble Studio, Adam was featured in many mainstage roles, most notably, Der Steuermann in Christopher Alden’s production of Der fliegende Holländer. Other recent COC appearances include Arbace and the High Priest in Idomeneo, Rodrigo in Otello, Remendado in Carmen, Jaquino in Fidelio, and Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Other recent highlights include appearances with Pacific Opera Victoria as Anatol in Barber’s Vanessa, Rodolfo in La bohème with Against the Grain Theatre, Eisenstein in Die Fledermaus with Toronto Operetta Theatre, and Jirka in Dvorak’s The Devil and Kate with Opera in Concert. He also sang the tenor roles in Robert LePage's production of Stravinksy’s Renard and Le rossignol at Opéra de Québec and the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
